 SERVICES

Because of the shorter lifespan of our pets, we stress the importance of an annual physical examination. Thorough check-ups and preventive care can help alleviate serious health problems. We offer a wide range of veterinary services to keep your companions feeling their best:

Diagnostic and Therapeutic Services:  Our hospital is equipped to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to care for your pets' complete health care needs.

Appointments:   We do all services on an appointment basis.  Please contact us should you need to establish a time for services.  If you need immediate service please call us and let us know you are on your way (we can redirect you if a doctor is not available).

Emergency Care:  Please call our main telephone number for instructions for after-hour emergencies.   Also, you may try reaching the doctor's cell phone at 602-692-6651.  If the doctor is available he will return your call and help determine if there is any treatment that can be done at home, if the problem can wait until regular office hours, or if the patient does need immediate attention.  If it is determined attention is needed or the doctor is unable to return the call please contact one of the following emergency facilities:

Anesthesia:  We utilize the safest available anesthetics to provide an extra margin of safety, especially for our older or high-risk patients. Using the most modern equipment, the patient's vital signs are monitored during all anesthetic procedures.

Internal medicine consults: We offer in-hospital referrals to an internal medicine specialist who performs ultrasounds, endoscopic procedures and helps us with the diagnosis of more complicated cases.
